Tratos has appointed Cindy Chen as Tratos China representative. Cindy has responsibility for building and protecting customer relationships, expanding the company’s market share and developing even closer relations with Tratos’ international manufacturing facilities for the Chinese market.
Born in Shanghai, she graduated with a business degree from Shanghai Business College and was a sales engineer with Tratos before being appointed to her current role.
Cindy will be dedicated to customer service excellence, ensuring that the company’s technology experts and innovators are on hand when required to work with clients – whether on the design of bespoke product or to advise on challenging installations.
