Tratos is very pleased to announce the 2022 edition of the “Egidio Capaccini” Award Ceremony was held Sunday, 13 November. The event took place at the Papini Municipal Theatre in Pieve Santo Stefano and is dedicated to young students residing in the area who distinguish themselves every year by achieving the highest grade in their third-year exams of lower secondary school and high school exams.
The award was established by Tratos as the expression of its strong Social Corporate Responsibility and to commemorate the late engineer Egidio Capaccini, founder of Tratos Cavi and a prominent figure of Pieve Santo Stefano. Members of the municipality administration and of the Bragagni-Capaccini family took part in the ceremony.
Since its establishment in 1966, Tratos has supported the local community by becoming a reliable and decent source of work for many people in the Tiber Valley and generating real economic growth and wealth in the area. This year’s ten winners were:
Lower secondary school, third-year exams:
- 10/10 cum laude Bragagni Gianna and Lidano Viola;
- 10/10 Bartolomei Emma, Biserni Lucrezia, Delle Foglie Claudia, Gennaioli Alice.
Maturity exams year 2022:
- Badrakhane Kaoutar 100/100 cum laude, “Diploma of Administration, Finance and Marketing with articulation in international relations for marketing.
- Bragagni Giorgia 100/100, High school diploma
- Cipriani Sara, 100/100, Degree in Administration, Finance and Marketing
- Serenari Eleonora, 100/100, Technical Institute Diploma – Economic Sector Tourism.
President of Tratos, Eng. Albano Bragagni, also present in the ceremony, remarked: “It is an honour to congratulate these students for their excellent results. The award Egidio Capaccini was established about 30 years ago in the expression of the Bragagni-Capaccini family’s strong values and support for the education of young people. Only through education can people develop their full potential, live a meaningful life and contribute to the advancement of society.
