Our largest production site, located in the scenic hills of Pieve Santo Stefano, Tuscany, spans an impressive 100,000 square meters, establishing itself as the cornerstone of Tratos’ manufacturing excellence. This expansive facility produces a broad array of high-performance cables designed to meet the demands of numerous industries, from telecommunications to energy and infrastructure. The extensive range of products manufactured at this site includes:
- Conventional Copper and Aluminum Cables for telecommunications and signalling,
- Fibre Optic Cables for advanced communication systems,
- Medium-Voltage (MV) Cables up to 26/45 kV,
- High-Voltage (HV) Cables up to 245 kV,
- HEPR and XLPE Insulation for enhanced safety and durability,
- Low-Voltage (LV) Cables, Service Cables, and Waveform Cables,
- Instrumentation Cables and Power Inverter Cables,
Optical Protection Ground Wires (OPGW) and Overhead Conductors are made from steel and aluminium or aluminium alloy.
