Key products in the range include Pow-R-Safe conductor rail system and Atollo conductor system.

A safe conductor rail system, Pow-R-Safe has been developed to supply electrical power to overhead travelling cranes, hoists and monorails. Featuring a V form grove to positively guide the current pick up collector and a self lubricating contact shoe of sintered copper and graphite, the system can be compactly mounted in either a vertical or horizontal position. Available in galvanised steel, aluminium/stainless steel and copper for outdoor and wet applications and copper systems for acidic environments, this durable system has been designed for ease of installation without the need for any special tools.

The Atollo Conductor System from Hamilton Pow-R-Safe Systems is suitable for use across a wide range of industries. The system is supplied in four metre lengths of track profile and is simply joined with bolted PVC joint covers. The housing is supported at two metre centres and can be electrically fed at any point along its length. The copper conductors are supplied on separately wound coils and simply slid into the profile giving a continuous conductor, thus saving on carbon brush wear and voltage drop for optimum security of service. Optional extras include curved sections from 1.25 metre upwards and a protected rubber strip running either side the full length of the conductor systems longitudinal opening for use in dusty or outdoor applications.

Complying with current safety standards BSEN 60529, DIN 53438 and VDE 0470, all Hamilton Pow-R-Safe Systems products are built to meet and surpass the rigorous quality requirements of the electrical power industry.
