Global cable innovator Tratos is to host a business development-focussed Made in Britain workshop early next month (9th May).
Made in Britain (MiB) brings together the entire manufacturing community in Britain under a collective marque to benefit across sales, marketing, exports and PR.
Becoming a member of MiB encourages buyers, specifiers and ultimately, consumers to choose British-made goods as well as promoting supplier associations within the organisation’s community.
Tratos, the leading independent UK cable manufacturer, will welcome fellow members at its Knowsley, Merseyside, factory, together with MiB organisers, representatives from Dept for International Trade, Crown Commercial Service, Lloyds Bank, SME Manufacturing and MiB founding member, the Leather Satchel Co.
Speakers include John Pearce, CEO MiB and Keith Hanshaw, MD the Leather Satchel Company and topics range from exporting to how being ‘Made in Britain’ can be leveraged to make more sales.
