300/500 V  – Based on Part 1 Type 2 Collective screen. Armoured for indoor or outdoor installations generally within the harsh demanding environment encountered in the petroleum industry, chemical and petrochemical plants. Used for control and instrumentation as well as for data & voice transmission. Also used for the interconnection of electrical equipment and instruments, particularly in and around process plants. Used where limited circuit integrity in the event of a fire is required.

  • Bedding: LSOH to BS EN 50290-2-27
  • Armour: Single layer galvanised steel wire armour to BS EN 10257-1
  • Outer sheath: LSOH
  • Marking: (PAS 5308-2) + (300/500 V) + (TRATOS) + (Year of Manufacture) + (Batch Number) + (Metre Mark)
