TITLE: Specification CW1807 for Cable Optical Fibre 202 – Blown – External – Non-metallic Singlemode – Non-pressurised
SCOPE: This range of cables is designed for installation into sub-duct by the use of air blown techniques. In some circumstances the cables may be installed short distances by the use of direct pulling techniques with a rope.
These non-metallic cables are of loose tube construction containing 12 and 24 singlemode fibres within a non-pressurised black polyethylene sheath.
These cables are for use in transmission systems operating in the wavelength range of 1250nm to 1650nm.
