TITLE: Specification CW1902 for Hybrid Copper / Singlemode Fibre Cable Low Voltage / Fibre Provision
SCOPE: This specification details the requirements for a non-armoured cable containing copper conductors and a unit of optical fibres to provide a low voltage feed and fibre connectivity from an existing NGA cabinet to G.fast plant in the Openreach Network.
These cables will be installed in the Openreach underground duct network infrastructure.
The copper conductors are for use to carry -48 volts DC.
The fibres are for use in transmission systems operating over the wavelength range 1260nm to 1625nm.
