TITLE: Product specification for high voltage cables and accessories for traction supplies

SCOPE: On the D.C. Electrified Lines, this specification applies to all new single and three core polymeric insulated cables.
On the A.C. Electrified Lines, this specification applies to all new single and two core polymeric insulated 25kV cables and associated accessories.

It covers 6.35/11 kV, 12.7/22 kV and 19/33 kV single and three core polymeric cables and 25kV two core concentric and single core polymeric cables.

The cables are designed, manufactured and tested in accordance with BS 6622 supplemented by IEC 60840.
