Oil & Gas NEK TS 606

Tratos can offer cable to meet National or International standards as required, such as popular American, British and International IEC standards including the popular Mud Resistant types in NEK TS 606.

These cables are available with Ethylene Propylene Rubber (EPR) insulations, Crosslinked polyethylene (XLPE) insulation or Mica glass tape/Ethylene Propylene Rubber (EPR) insulations, Mica glass tape/Crosslinked polyethylene (XLPE) insulation in Copper or Steel Armoured or Unarmoured designs, screened or unscreened with Thermoplastic or Crosslinked halogen free (LSZH) sheaths.

Cables can be supplied with approvals by Lloyd’s  or other Classification Society Rules.

Tratos NEK TS 606 cables are available with the award winning Tratos-JBA® compound. Tratos UK Ltd has won a Queen’s Award for Enterprise – Innovation for this technologically advanced Tratos-JBA® compound.

The JBA family of cables are mud resistant, flame or fire resistant to extreme temperatures and capable of withstanding extreme conditions encountered on offshore installations worldwide.
