The Italian branch of the Fortune magazine has recently published an interview with Tratos President Eng Albano Bragagni.
Tratos has been able to distinguish itself over the years with the production of high quality and innovative cables. In the interview, President Bragagni highlighted how the company has a strong culture of innovation which has been crucial for the company’s success over the years. To foster innovation it is paramount to have an extensive knowledge of products which can only be acquired with on field experiences. This is why President Albano knows everything about the cables the company produces and makes sure to monitor and assist all the different phases of the production process that bring to the final product.
In the interview President Albano also pointed out how Tratos has successfully dealt with the current COVID-19 pandemic. Tratos is the demonstration of how efficiency and organisation are key to build resilience and to deal with moments of crisis. Thanks to the implementation of new safety measures and partnership with local medical clinics, the company has been able to provide its employees a safe environment where to work even in the most dramatic moments of the crisis. By never closing its factories since the outbreak of the pandemic, Tratos was able to provide work to its employees and cables to its clients.
President Albano explained how, with this proactive, flexible and dynamic approach to risk management, the current pandemic has been difficult but not disastrous for the company.
The President is now looking at the future with the hope that things will start to get better for his country and the world as a whole.
