To foster innovation it is paramount to have an extensive knowledge of products which can only be acquired with on field experiences. This is why President Albano knows everything about the cables the company produces and makes sure to monitor and assist all the different phases of the production process that bring to the final product.

Thanks to the implementation of new safety measures and partnership with local medical clinics, the company has been able to provide its employees a safe environment where to work even in the most dramatic moments of the crisis. By never closing its factories since the outbreak of the pandemic, Tratos was able to provide work to its employees and cables to its clients.
President Albano explained how, with this proactive, flexible and dynamic approach to risk management, the current pandemic has been difficult but not disastrous for the company.
The President is now looking at the future with the hope that things will start to get better for his country and the world as a whole.
